Stephen Fossatti is only the only living protege, of legendary animation director Chuck Jones. Fossatti was personally mentored by Jones over a nearly ten year association, begin with Mrs. Doubtfire (1993), Father of the Bird (1997) and culminating with Fossatti acting as executive producer, supervising director and co-writer of Jones' final production, the animated cartoon series Timber Wolf (2001).
