Cel comes professionally framed and triple matted with a dark blue inner mat, light blue middle mat, off-white outer mat, and a black metal frame. Framed cel measures 18" wide x 16" high. Framing and matting are in new condition. Cel is a limited edition, numbered 10/300, and is boldly signed by Chuck Jones.
