Warner Brothers Chuck Jones signed CEL Pepe' in Tulips

The original line image was hand-drawn and hand-inked on paper by Mr. The image line was then transferred by hand-cut serigraph screen to clear acetate film, and each cell was individually hand painted on the reverse side. Jones individually approved each finished cel with his signature. Although the background art is not part of the limited edition multiple, the background design and production has been supervised and approved by the artist.
