Matting tape had come off frame- secured in place with painter' tape, which will not damage cardboard it is attached to. Frame has minor cosmetic damage. Acrylic "glass" of frame has some minor scuffs that are difficult to see and do not affect cel whatsoever. Can easily be reframed, if so desired.
