Done for CBS, and one of three of The Jungle Books (by Rudyard Kipling) he adapted for TV along with Mowgli's Brothers and Rikki Tikki Tavi. It aired in 1975 on CBS and this is a signed production sketch on paper. It is of Kotick and Matkah.
