Dr. Seuss Horton Hears a Who Production Animation Cel Chuck Jones Signed & COA

Seuss' Horton Hears a Who Production Cel (MGM 1970). This is a hand-painted original production cel of Horton struggling to protect the pink clover containing Whoville. This wonderful production cel is hand-signed by Chuck Jones. The Linda Jones holographic seal is affixed to the lower right corner of the cel. The certificate of authenticity is affixed to the back of the frame.

The cel has never been displayed. The cel and frame is in mint condition. No scratches on the plexiglass and no scratches or nicks to the frame. The framing was done by the gallery. Horton is approximately 7 inches high and 7 inches wide. The cel is 8 1/2 inches high and 11 inches wide. The frame is 16 1/2 inches high and 18 1/2 inches wide. The triple matting is 3 inches wide.
