The original production pencil drawing which accompanies this cel was created by an animator in 1966 for a production entitled: Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas directed by Chuck Jones.

The original line image was traced in ink by a professional inker to a sheet of clear acetate and subsequently hand-painted on the reverse side. The line image on the original production cel [which does not accompany this certificate] was transferred by xerography. Jones has approved the finished cel with his signature. Although the pencil drawing is not part of the limited edition, it has been authenticated with Mr. It is the only single cel identified herein; no further editions of any kind are authorized.

This is to certify that all the information and statements contained herein are true and correct. It is signed by a representative from Linda Jones Enterprises, Inc. The two hologram stickers are numbers 27595 and 63431.
